Welcome to your tufting experience! We've simplified the process so you can focus on creating beautiful rugs with ease. Here's everything you need to know to get started:

1. Getting Your Kit & Returning It

• Choose Your Dates: Pick your desired rental period. We'll make sure your kit arrives the day before your chosen start date. If there's any delay, we'll give you 2 extra days free of charge.
• How It Works:
• 2 Day Rental (e.g. 20th Aug - 21st Aug): The kit will arrive on the 19th August. You can use it as you please once it arrives until the end of the 21st.
• Returning the Kit: Return it by midday on the 22nd either via post office, Evri, or by courier collection.

2. New to Tufting? 

No worries! We've got you covered with a comprehensive, easy-to-follow course that's designed for beginners. The course is short, clear, and full of everything you need to create your perfect rug!

3. Your Own Design in Mind?

You can create your own design, and we'll include

• HDMI to HDMI and HDMI to USB-C cables so you can project your design (if you don't have a computer / or will struggle please message us and we'll be happy to help)
• All you need is yarn! We recommend Hobbycraft's WI 100g Yarn for the best value and quality, but you can use any yarn you prefer. 

4. Need Help?

If you encounter any issues or have questions, don't stress - we offer excellent support. Simply contact us via email, Whatsapp (available upon purchase), or use the message icon at the bottom right of the page. We're always ready to help.

5. What's Included?

• Designing your own rug? Sadly, we're unable to provide the yarn.

6. Bigger Rug? No Problem!

Want a bigger than the standard 1m x 1m rug? We offer a 6ft x 4ft tufting frame, along with extra yarn and fabric. Just make sure you have enough space for it.

7. Want More Designs?

If you want to make more than one design, you can easily add another. Just click the "create an additional design" and choose from our collection or create your own. We'll send you an additional tufting fabric and yarn.
