At Rug and Tuft, we believe creativity should be accessible to everyone. Born from a passion of tufting, we set out to make this art available to everyone - without barriers of costs or expertise. Our journey has been filled with innovation and a commitment to spreading joy through creativity.
It all started with a simple idea: why can't tufting be more affordable? After struggling to find budget-friendly options ourselves, we realised the industry lacked accessibility. Workshops were expensive, equipment is expensive, and for many, tufting seemed out of reach. So, we decided to change that. We spent countless late nights refining our skills, developing portable prototypes, and crafting a user-friendly experience for everyone - from beginners to seasoned artsitsts.
Through trial and error, we designed our first tufing rental kit. Seeing the joy and creativity it sparked in others cemented our purpose: to make tufting an affordable, enjoyable, and eco-friendly experience.
