Renting Rules and Additional Fees Policy

At Rug and Tuft, we operate on trust and aim to make the rental process as simple and fair as possible. Please review the following rules and additional fees to ensure a smooth rental experience.

Renting Rules

1. Trust-Based System

   • We do not require a deposit for rentals.
   • We trust our customers to return the equipment in good condition and on time.

2. Return Deadline

   • The rental kit must be returned by the agreed end of the rental period.

3. Extension Requests

   • If you realise you need more time with the kit, please contact us as soon as possible to request an extension.
   • Extensions are subject to additional fees and rescheduling of shipping if required.

Additional Fees

1. Late Return Fee

   • A fee of £25 per day will be charged for each day the kit is not returned after the agreed rental period.

2. Extension Fee

   • If an extension is approved, a £10 per day fee will apply.
   • Additional shipping costs may be charged if rescheduling is necessary.

3. Damage or Loss

   • Any significant damage to or loss of the kit may result in repair or replacement fees, as outlined in the Equipment Rental Agreement.

• All fees are charged to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
• For full terms and conditions, please refer to the Equipment Rental Agreement provided at the time of booking.
